It is not designed for use in academic exams, official assessments, certification tests, governmental applications, corporate compliance environments, or any scenario where SEB configurations are employed to enforce exam integrity or user restrictions.

Some features of the Software are locked behind a payment system ("Paywall"). Access is provided under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license that permits use only in accordance with these terms. Commercial resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the tool or any part of it is strictly prohibited.
Purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for misuse, misunderstanding, or violation of these Terms. Abuse of the Service may result in permanent account suspension without notice.
This website does not store your uploaded files permanently. Uploaded SEB configuration files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing. No user data, file contents, or personally identifiable information is retained beyond the processing session.
However, server logs may collect metadata such as IP addresses, timestamps, and actions taken for security and abuse monitoring purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
This tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer and all contributors expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Under no circumstances shall the developer, affiliates, partners, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use this tool or your violation of these terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of any law, regulation, policy, or guideline.
This tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Safe Exam Browser, SEB developers, the ETH Zurich, or any related organizations. "Safe Exam Browser" is a trademark of its respective owners.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the use of this Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the developer's primary place of business.
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of the developer to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These terms may be updated at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
